Mr. Navin K. Agarwal Chief Managing Director (CMD)
Born in 1967 in a poor background, Mr. Navin K. Agarwal completed Chartered Accountancy in 1991. After 10 years of good practice, he took over a sick bread unit namely Crazy Snacks (P) Ltd. In 2002. Since then, the sick unit has been converted into the largest bakery plant in northeast India.
Mr. Navin K. Agarwal is the Managing Director of all food units and is looking after production, administration, banking, finance, liaisoning and all expansions as well.
A vision of making the group in line with the Top 10 food industries of India, he has been working 24 X 365 for fulfilling his dream undoubtedly.
PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE LEADER
- Awarded Jaycees Outstanding Chapter President of India (National Award in 1998).
- Won an International award for Outstanding Civic involvement project in Manila, Philippines in 1998 by conducting Life Line Express Camp in Gorakhpur for 30 days.
- Awarded Senatorship (No. 60431) by Jci International Florida U.S.A.
- Awarded Kamal Patra Award (National) by JCI for outstanding business growth.
- Awarded as the largest bakery plant of Asia Pacific by Global International Awards at Hongkong in Nov. 2016
- Global Business icon award in 2021 awarded by Central Cabinet Minister Shri Ram Das Athawale.
Mrs. Upma Agrawal Director
She is the founder and director of M/s Crazy Snacks (P) ltd., GIDA, Gorakhpur since 2002.
She is responsible for innovation , new product launches, and directing entire sales force of the entity.
Mrs. Upma Agrawal W/o Shri Navin Kumar Agrawal is M. Sc. (Gold Modelist) in 1990.
Along with Crazy Snacks, She is also director in Crazy Bakery Udyog in manufacturing of Premium Rusk, Namkeen & Potato Chips.
Mr. Swedit Garg Director/CEO
Mr. Swedit Garg, aged 36 and comes from business family from Lucknow.
He is having 15 years of experience in the bakery and snacks industry.
He looks after the Operations, Production, Sales & Marketing.
